Hi, I'm RUFUS, and I'm a happy, happy dog!
I was rescued from the pound and now I'm living a dog's life.
I eat, play, eat, sleep, eat, ride, eat, sleep. I have a dog pal and a cat buddy.
And the girls in the bank just LOVE me!
I howl like crazy at sirens, especially amusing to nearby drivers, when I'm sitting in the truck in traffic.
I do what I can.
I also tip over like a fainting goat, when my owners walk by. Anything for attention.
How about a vote for me?! (I'd vote for YOU!)

just think how many dogs like you,

I too am a rescue dog - we're the best aren't we? Mom and I hope that if we aren't the winners, you are. We love looking at your card and picture every day. Your mom has a great sense of humor. I have to ask - what breed of dog are you? I have friends that come from all breeds and mixes and I've never seen anyone as handsome as you. Best of luck to you and your Mom.

I just wanted to tell you that Rufus is adorable. I "rescued" my golden retriever also and she is the best dog ever. (; And VERY photogenic. I'm one of the finalists in the "funny" contest.....mine is called "furry floweres"....but I'm slowly sinking.... I don't think i have enough friends. (; I also didn't know about the contests until I saw the "funny" contest, so I think people think mine should be in the "pets" contest. oh well. I'm just excited that it will be a card sold at Hallmark. (; Good luck to you! Love your card...
